Gatsby Chapter 8

In this chapter, we find that Wilson starts putting the pieces together and realized that the owner of the car is Gatsby's and thought he meant to kill her. That's why Nickfelt that says goodbye to him felt different because it would be the last time he would say goodbye to Gatsby.

I didn't have a chance to start reading Chapter 5 of the story because I had to catch up on work from an other class but I will assume that the chapter will be about how Gatsby will meet Daisy in some way and get to know Gatsby more.

Gatsby Chapter 4

Gatsby tells Nick that he became rich from him acquiring money from his parents after they died and was also in the army.

The truth that Jordan tell Nick is that Gatsby moved to New York because he wants to meet Daisy.

Gatsby Chapter 3 Remix

The chapter 3 for The Great Gatsby is for how people act toward Gatsby. For Nick's view on how Gatsby would look, he thought he would be old and very fat. When he meets him first hand, he realizes that  Gatsby actually cares for his guests when he smiles at Nick instead of people just pretending to like each other. We also learn as to why Jordan Baker hang out with Nick which was that she hates careless people, which Nick is the opposite of. WE also learn that Miss Baker is a dishonest person and Nick remembers the incident that happened at where he first saw her.
